So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.  O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?

I Corinthians 15:54-55 (KJV)

The hardest thing that anyone goes through in this life is the separation of a loved one.  There are many difficult things we deal with everyday, but letting go of our animal companions and loved ones is the hardest thing for any of us to do.   People and animals have been agonizing over this from the beginning of time since Adam and Eve sinned in the Garden of Eden.  There is something about one being here one minute and gone the next that we just canít comprehend.

The Lord left us the Word of God that we can read and see for ourselves that this world is not the end of life.  Knowing that we will see our beloved animal companions in Heaven is what gives us strength to go on.   There are many, many Scriptures that teach us that there is an afterlife and a Heaven not only for people, but all the animals.  Romans 8 is one chapter that strongly teaches that the animals are also resurrected.  Psalm 36:6 talks about God preserving man and animals, but the subject is a whole study in itself.  Thatís why I wrote There Is Eternal Life For Animals so that we can walk through the Bible and see all the strong evidence and truth about the animals going to Heaven.  I canít take away your pain, but I can share the Scriptures that will encourage you regarding the future we have to look forward to.

We are all looking forward to a wonderful future in Heaven with our babies.  We know God has prepared a beautiful world for us all and although this life is difficult, the next life will not be difficult or hard.  There will be no losses and no sickness or evil to worry about.  Those that have already gone before us are enjoying this right now, and we will too someday.  Until then we will focus on how much we have to look forward to in the next life.  That is what Jesus is all about.  Itís called the blessed hope.

They that sow in tears shall reap in joy.

Psalm 126:5( KJV)
